MABALACAT -- Hausland continues to push ahead with its mid-level housing schemes at it launched on Saturday morning its new single attached unit, Grandiose, at Mirus Residences.
Mirus residences in Barangay Mabiga, Mabalacat is another HomExperience project of the real estate conglomerate, coming after the successful Noveau developments here.
Hausland Chief Operating Officer Mike Tan said the HomExperience projects would focus more on the mid-level market.
“Mirus Residents is another ‘pocket’ development project for young executives, established professionals, entrepreneurs, investors, retirees and overseas workers. It is an exclusive community where only 226 privileged homeowners would live,” Tan said.
Tan described Mirus Residences as a themed, contemporary architectural innovation that is conveniently located near vital facilities like the Clark Freeport Zone, Diosdado Macapagal International Airport, malls, supermarkets, schools, hospitals and government institutions.
It is highly accessible both via the North Luzon Expressway and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway.
“Mirus Residences offers two types of units. We have the Moderne duplex which has a 72 square meter lot and 90 square meter floor area and the Grandiose which we launched today with a 72-square meter lot and 109 square floor area. The price of the Grandiose is at P2.5 million. But above all that is the fact that Mirus is a venue for leisure and relaxation, fluid social interaction and tranquility in an urban setting,” added Tan.
Hausland Marketing Manager Katrina Gail Tan, meanwhile, disclosed that the project was made certain to have ample open spaces and a commercial area within its perimeter.
“We want Mirus Residences to have that feeling of security bound with the openness of nature and the environment. Landscaped open spaces are strategically located to provide green breathers to the community. In fact in today’s open house we called ‘The Grandiose Sumer Party,’ we want everyone to enjoy the season of summer. As an added bonus, a portion of every reservation made today will go to the Children’s Joy Foundation,” she noted.
On hand during the unveiling and blessing of the Grandiose unit were Hausland president Wilfredo Tan, principals Regina Tan, Diana Tan and couple Glen and Jane Glinova.
